Doorknocking. Not the most
pleasant of real estate activites
but in this case I do it for your
benefit. I doorknock and let
the neighbours in your areak
now about your home for sale.
I ask if they know of anyone
that is interested in moving into the neighbourhood and to consider your home as an option.
The other useful way I doorknock is to invite the neighbours to come to check out my (optional by you) open houses that I will hold on your behalf.
Now to be honest, do you want the neighbours rolling through your house? No. I wouldn't either but I do want everyone possible to be as informed as possible to the availability of your home for sale. Doesn't that make sense?
