clients in Ontario, the REALM platform provides a more transparent and collaborative home-buying and selling experience, giving them direct, real-time access to the same market data as their agent. To use REALM, a client must receive an invitation from an Ontario real estate agent who is subscribed to the platform. 

Once invited, clients can use REALM through a web browser or a dedicated mobile app to do the following: 

• Access accurate, real-time listings: Unlike public sites that may have delays, REALM gives clients immediate access to new and sold listings, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information.

• Search and filter properties: Clients can take control of their home search by setting custom search parameters. They can define search areas on a map, set budgets, and filter for specific home features.

• View property details: The platform offers in-depth information on properties, including details from Ontario's Land Registry and historical listing data, which provides transparency throughout the process.

• Analyze market trends: REALM provides access to detailed market statistics and analytics. This helps clients make informed decisions by tracking average prices, days on the market, and other valuable insights.

• Receive comparative market analyses (CMAs): A client's agent can generate and share CMAs within REALM. This report estimates a property's value by comparing it to similar properties that have recently sold in the area.

• Communicate directly with their agent: REALM includes a secure, real-time communication portal for clients and their agents. This removes the need for multiple email chains or text messages by allowing all communications to happen within a single app.

• Manage their home search: Clients can save listings they like to their own lists and can track all of their recently viewed properties, keeping the search organized. Agents also gain insight into client activity and preferences.
