Warren Liburd came to Canada from St. Kitts and Nevis more than 50 years ago. In 1986, he founded Invermac with a simple promise: to help individuals, families and small businesses with care, integrity and dependable service.
For 40 years, Warren built lasting relationships
through personal and business tax preparation.
Many clients across Scarborough and the
Greater Toronto Area came to know him for his
dedication, his warmth and the way he made
them feel welcome.
After a long health battle that began in 2025,
Warren passed away in July 2026. His son
Etienne now leads Invermac, carrying forward
the values his father built into the business and
the plans he had for its future.
Etienne’s goal is to help Invermac grow in the ways Warren envisioned. That includes using the latest technology and practices to make working with us easier and expanding support beyond tax preparation to financial planning and mortgage solutions. Through it all, clients can expect the attentive service and warm, personal touch Warren was known for.
